Tracy Ellyn Fine Arts

Tracy Ellyn's Epilepsy Series depicts seizure experiences in a way that no words or medical tests ever could, from the inside out. Her epilepsy artwork has been on the cover of Harvard's BIDMC's "Epilepsy and Behavior" professional journal, as well as Practical Neurology medical journal, both shown above. Individual fine art pieces are in a variety of medical venues across the U.S.

The particular type of epilepsy that the above art video depicts is occipital lobe epilepsy.

Each piece is made of layers of fine art glass, light, OCTs, paint, mixed media, and photography, whose textures and layers play off of each other's color and light.
